I have a rule that assigns a role when a user is active and when the employee id is not empty But when these two parameters are not met, the rule is adding several users in pending approval to the role, who are the ones that do not meet the conditions.
How can I remove these users that the role is storing for me with pending approval status?
How can I prevent this from continuing to replicate and prevent any user from being stored in pending approval in the role if they do not meet the conditions of the rule?
I hope someone can support me
greetings

Hi @williams2
Look like a custom solution you created but we need to know more, what and where it has been done?
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi, unfortunately without clear details of your configuration, the community can only guess at your issue.
If you disable your 'rule' does the issue stop?
Perhaps you could share details of your 'rule' as plain text (xml file is best) so that it can be reviewed.
