Report on search terms when AI search is enabled

Hi All,

Previously we used to report on sp_log table to know the top search terms. However, after we enable AI search it is not recording in sp_log table.

 

Can anyone please help me on which table to report to get the top search terms in a service portal?

Hi, any news on this simple question. The OOTB ai search dashboard is very limit. Example it is not possible to filter on user country, location etc. One of many reason why building some custom reports is needed. Anyone know the table name where the ai search metrics is stored. Is still in the sp_log table under a different type (as type search is being used for the old  search mechanism). Thank you
