Request for New Lab Instance – ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (Xanadu)

I am currently enrolled in the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (Xanadu) course. My lab instance has been terminated, and I am unable to request a new one as it shows that I have 0 instances remaining.

I still have course progress pending (currently at 61%) and would like to continue with the hands-on exercises. I Is it possible to reset or provide a new lab instance so I can complete the course.

I would really appreciate your assistance.

As you have exhausted the limit for getting the lab instance for a course,

Raise a case to Servicenow  learning team in Now learning site/ ServiceNow University.

I think, unfortunately, you have exceeded the limit of lab instances; you can raise a case that will help you. There response is very quick so you don't have to wait much longer.

Unfortunately you can't able to continue course . You need to log case to servicenow university 🙂.
