Please provide your suggestion and inputs to resolve the below error to establish the connection from ServiceNow to BMC Remedy.

Hi @Ravi Kand,

Without seeing any of your configuration, the error says it all...

Session contains no certificates - Untrusted

So make sure you are properly authenticated.
