RITM is not getting generated when I submit any catalog service request from my Instance.

Hi,

In service catalog, for any Catalog Item when I submit the service request No RITM is attached to it. Instead it shows 'Order Empty' error.

Even when I open the Request, RITM is obviously not attached however it doesn't allow me to attache any RITM myself.

I checked all the references between Service Request and RITM modules as well as checked workflows of both, it all seems fine. Still no luck.

(User has 'admin' as well as 'catalog_admin' role)

Is this a custom item you created, or one of the OOB ones? Can you confirm your categories and other settings on the item?


Same error follow for either one. I have also tried for OOB items. Doesn't work.

Hi Mayur,



Please check for the ACL's or before query BR's that are available on sc_req_item table. You should be able to find the cause in either of those.
