Role not adding to a Group or user

Hello Experts,

I am working on IRM module Operational Resilience and I am not able to add a few roles in a group or a member. They are not adding to the group. Like I am adding "sn_oper_res.admin" to a group. Even I have tried adding the group to the role, creating a new group from the related list of the role. Nothing is working. Any reason for such or anybody has experienced it and resolved it somehow ?

NB: I am able to add few other roles to the group.

Hi Satanik,

1.) Please check if ACL is permitting you to create and write to the "sys_user_grmember", "sys_group_has_role" and "sys_user_has_role" tables.

2.) Please check if there are any scripts are configured in these tables to allow only particular users to add these roles to the groups.

It can be cache issue , try to clear cache and try ( cache.do)

Also try to repair the plugin as well.
