Save button dont work CSM/FSM workspace

When I tried to create an account from the CSM/FSM workspace, the record don't insert.
And the page don't refresh.

This also don't work in the agent workspace.

The UI Action is save and other records works good and can be created but in the Account (customer_account) don't work.

Hi @sfg 

 

I have tried it in my CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace (Utah Release) and I can update existing records as well as create new account records without any issues.

 

Maybe you have any customizations in your instance which cause the issues? If not, did you check the browser console and the syslog table for any error messages?

 

As a last option you have to create a support ticket with ServiceNow as without access to your instance it is impossible to answer your question.

Hi @sfg 

thanks for the screenshot which shows me that you are not on the new FSM/CSM Configurable Workspace based on Next Experience UI but on the legacy Agent Workspace. You really should migrate to the new Configurable Workspaces. This will fix your issue and also that way you can be sure to be supported by ServiceNow further.
