@VanMLy I am not aware of such reviews and I doubt it exists...

However if you want to see how ServiceNow capability has been used and for what, you might want to check the ServiceNow Customer Stories, there are many filtering options to select what interests you.

I guess this is might not be exactly what you were looking for but it can give you idea about the usage of ServiceNow in real world and based on that you can select something more to explore - be it Now Assist or anything else

@glideFather thanks again. I'm going to spend the day looking over these (looks more like marketing) and the post you had shared. I'll keep digging through the community or maybe start my own honest review thread or something along those lines.
