in order to understand customer situations i like using a capability map.
I find this one in Now Create:

The issue here i that it has not a complete covering of the complete Platform possibilities. All industry, financial etc products are just mentioned in slide 8:
Industry Solutions: Banking; Government; Healthcare & Life Sciences; Insurance; Manufacturing; Telecommunications, Media, and Technology
Does anybody know where to find (if existent) an up to date drawing of the complete Service Now Platform capability map ? Or even if there is one separate for the specific products.
