I am trying to remove the Overview tab from the Service Operations Workspace Incident record view. I have tried deleting the "cause" section from the view. I also have tried duplicating the "Incident Overview SNC" variant, deleting the "cause" container, and setting this 1 as a lower order number than the original read only variant.
Nothing I've attempted has worked. Any suggestions???

Open any incident in native view, then change the view to SOW. Next, go to form design and delete the section.

Thanks for your reply. I tried this already. It removes the "cause" section from the Details tab; not the Overview tab.

In that case it is some where configured in UI builder only.
Try this link:

Steps
1) open the "SOW-Incident-Overview" view for incident form
2) then check the form section and delete that, see below
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
