Service Portal page stuck in loading

I'm facing a rare issue and i think it is associated with some settings on the laptop. But i couldn't find out what was it. Issue is as below.
1) When i load any service portal page, it get stuck in Loading. A text as "Loading" appears on the left top corner and then nothing happens.
2) In Email notifications, reference fields not load a new window. (They load in other places like incident or change etc.)
3) In email notifications, on clicking the unlock icon in the who will receive it tab does nothing.
The issue occurs in IE11 and chrome 55(Can't try it in firefox and occur on Geneva and Helsinki both versions)
Can anyone know the issue and help me out identifying the probable cause for this?

there are known slowness issues with Win7/IE11 and ServicePortal. I'd suggest firing up Developer Tools on the browser and looking at the console to see if you're getting an error.

My Service portal which is on Helsinki version is not loading.. it is just showing white screen and Banner. Where as link to Other item in Banner is working. It is the only issue with Home page

Hi,
browser console will be your best friend in this case.
open up the console and post screen shot of what errors(if any) are you getting.
(please mark helpful/like/correct if it helps)
