Service Portal Throwing 503 Error

I have a portal designed to order a catalog item.Once the request is created we are making an outbound REST API call through workflow. Since yesterday, we are getting the below error in console which we feel is an error thrown internally from servicenow API.

We have moved the whole portal to another instance.Strangely, this portal is working fine in that instance.Error is thrown only in this instance.

We have to give a demo on this to the customer tomorrow. Any kind of help is appreciated.

We have checked several other posts regarding this issue and found out it might be due to midserver.

We tried restarting the midserver and it worked.This error doesn't show up!!!!
