Service Subscriptions through Service Portal

All Helsinki and Service Portal Users,
I have a requirement to allow end users (non-fulfillers/approvers) to subscribe to business services notifications. However, I setup a redirect in ServiceNow so if the user doesn't have an roles associated to their profile, they're redirected to the Service Portal. Is there a widget in the Service Portal that allows an end user to subscribe to notifications of business services?
In the native UI, you have the ability to subscribe to notifications for business services through your profile icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen. In the Service Portal, you can go to the same profile icon but do not have the ability to subscribe to notifications.
Anyone else experiencing this?

Kiran,
I didn't see in the document how this can be setup in the new Helsinki Service Portal. I understand how it's done outside the Service Portal, however, within the Service Portal "related links" such as Notification Preferences does not show up when viewing a user's profile

Activate the 'Service Portal - Service Status' plugin. It builds a page listing all Business Services. Clicking on any of them shows a 90-day overview along with a widget 'Service Status Updates' that allows users to subscribe to updates.

Hey Erik,
I do have that activated and have the ability to subscribe through the Service Portal. However, this sounds like it's specific to "Updates" on the Service's Status.
Where as if I go through the native UI, I can select "Notification Preferences" and can choose what I want to subscribe to as far- From incidents being opened to CI affected, Cost Center affected and so much more. Is this not possible via the Service Portal? It's unfortunate because I was really planning on the Portal to be the landing page but if this isn't possible through the Portal, the landing page might have to be the Native UI which the Service Portal is then accessible from.
