users not getting nofications/emails on watchlist

users not getting nofications/emails on watchlist.. any idea why? I have checked the email logs.. and SN did not send any to the watch list recipient. isn't this an out of the box configuration? when a change is approved shouldn't the watchlister's get a notification for that?

Add the Users/Groups in fields to your list view for notifications. You can search for watch_list and see all of the notifications that send to watch_list users:

Out of the box, on the Change Approved notification, only the Assigned to is getting notified.


You'd need to modify that notification if you want others to receive it.


ok in the watchlist users they will get all other notifications? like change closed? i know for work notes they have to be on the work notes list... for them to get all notes involved with that change. this might be what they are looking...currently there are no work notes in the change so... i will check what exactly the user wants to get notified on 🙂

out of the box which tables receive watch list notifications? change request and problem table? incident is not included?
