I want to give you the two techniques for configuring ServiceNow forms, that will leapfrog your skills from beginner to expert.
In the age of digitization, documents transition from hard copy paper to digital documents. ServiceNow has been a primary solution on this journey which all started from the ITSM module.
Using the ServiceNow platform to continuously upgrade and disrupt how people are working. One of the primary capabilities that is being utilized throughout the modules is the ServiceNow form.
The ServiceNow form represents a single record and showcasing the beauty on how it is designed, it allows you to co-relate to other data or records giving the ability to unify multiple information in a single point of glass.
Ending the dependency and pain to invalid data, expired forms and unrecorded important information.
I have demonstrated the two ways of creating and configuring ServiceNow forms, here is how: How to Configure ServiceNow Records and Forms
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hi @Mark Roethof ,
Thank you for your inputs. The context of the article is to give insights in the transition of hard copy forms to a digitize document.
The question of the why not the form builder speaks for a technology preference on how to get it done in ServiceNow rather than the why use ServiceNow as a platform of solution.
I hope this helps your argument.
Kind regards,
Bill

Hi there,
Any reason you didn't do this on Washington DC release? Seeing this immediately since you are missing and with that not mentioning the Form Builder option.
Kind regards,
Mark Roethof
