Is first pre requiste for any role Servicenow Admin Certified? What are next certifications levels

Hi Preeti,

Based on experience level I suppose the hierarchy goes as follows :

ServiceNow Administrator - 6 months to 1 year of experience preferably for newbies/administrators

ServiceNow Application Development- 1+ year of experience preferably for developers

ServiceNow Implementation Specialist- 5/7+ year of experience preferably for Consultants/Architects.

There are no prerequisites as such for the administration exam but 6+ months of hand-on with instance does help a lot.
