Moona,

You can request a new instance by logging into Service-now Developer site https://developer.servicenow.com/app.do#!/home > Manage > Instance > Request New Instance.

once you get new instance created for you then you can change the temporary password at first login.

NOTE: If you keep ServiceNow instance idle for 10 days then your instance will expire and again you need to request new instance. Most importantly you will loose all of your work (data) along with the instance

Thank you

Hi,

Is there any way to access the previous instance.

Thank you,

Moona

Hi Moona,

There is no other way to claim back your instance once it is reclaimed by ServiceNow. In future, I recommend you to backup the update sets of your instance to keep your customizations intact.

Hope this helps!!!
