ServiceNow Product Roadmap

I'm looking for an overall product roadmap for ServiceNow:

- New areas of activity

- Major changes to existing features

- Target release dates for letter releases (Istanbul, J?)

- Withdrawal of support for letter releases

I've found ad-hoc things like Re: Geneva Roadmap is coming! , KB articles covering quarterly patching etc. What I'm after is something I could put on a CIO's desk to show what's happening over the next 2-3 years?

I notice there's this blog post:

So perhaps this is being addressed.

I am wondering about this also, for the same reason.  Even high-level plans for the next year would be helpful.
