Is the ability to create survey's included with the license or is it an extra add-on?

Hi @Gus4 ,

You should talk with your ServiceNow account team sooner than later as there many be unique aspects of your contract.

In general, a fulfiller is someone who can take action on or work on any service request including his/her own or for others. Any Fulfiller would consume license!!

So yes, anyone taking survey would incur license.
