Serviceportal header menu item remove hyperlink?

In Service Portal I want to remove the hyperlink from menu item. Please advise how to do it?

Hi @sathishasho2525 

Navigate to the Service Portal record, you will be able to see the Main Menu reference field.

Open the Header Menu, you should see all the Menu Items under the related list.
