SessionIndex value not found

Dear All,

 

We have an SSO enabled with Salesforce and Salesforce IdP providers doesn't pass any session id to ServiceNow. When we test the SSO we get the below error... attached is the logs as well. 

 

Can anyone tell me how can we bypass SessionIndex check specifically for this IdP?
