show incident count on header menu in service portal?

Create one header menu named as"Incident" which will display the count of incidents assigned to the logged in user.

I need to do this using scripting.

The parent menu will be SP header menu. Change it and save then it should be available on the Portal

You Just Create the Widget using the above code;After that you can add that widget in Header menu using page editor option....
