Show user own comments for knowledge article and hide the rest using widget in service portal

Hi Team,

I have a requirement to show only user own comment for a knowledge article on service portal. 

Please help me with the code to show users their own comments .

How can I achieve this?

Did you try restricting field via ACL?

May i know what is the use case for this. Oher users comment on KB support new users as well and by hiding it look like you want to hide some meaningful feedback. It is do able or not but I am not sure what business value you want to achieve with this.
