Showing related RITMs in a related list on a RITM

I'd like to create a related list on a RITM that is similar to the Requested Item->Request list that is present on the Request records:

How can I get this same list to show on a RITM so a technician working a RITM can see other related RITMs that are related via the same REQ#? I dont seem to have the same related list available to me when I try to configure related lists on the RITM table.

I'm digging where you are going with this... we actually already have a custom list called "Catalog Tasks Assigned to my Group" and this may be an opportunity to 'enhance' what we already have built. I have a requirements call later today on this very topic so will see if this would be a viable option. With dot walking the NUMBER fields alone for all 3 layers they could simply to a right click, show matching on any REQ or RITM to group tasks quickly and easily and spot redundancies. Thanks for the suggestion.
