Please help me out with the process of automating Service Now so that i can trigger an SMS or a Voice call from Service Now, whenever a Critical priority incident is logged. This call must go the member of the assignment group specified in the incident ticket. The cell number of any one member will be given.
Help me out with the problem.

You need to look at our integration with Twilio called Notify.
In fact, you could also write a custom web service against Twilio's API to do exactly what you need.
To do the SMS component, you can send an email to a user's SMS gateway address <number@att.net> which will send an SMS to a user, but this won't accomplish your Voicemail requirement.
Either way, I'd look into Twilio.

10digitmobilenumber@txt.att.net - Text messages can be sent from any internet email account to an AT&T wireless phone number using this email address format. Received messages are considered text messages and billed accordingly.
Blackberry Internet Service hosted e-mail will be in one of the following formats, depending on service type:
AT&T: username@att.blackberry.net
Cellular One: username@cellularone.blackberry.net
Dobson:username@dobson.blackberry.net
