SN Utils not working on instance that does not contain service-now in url

Hello,

I have used SN Utils in past companies with no issues, but all of their urls have been similar to:

  • https://[company name].service-now.com

The company I have recently joined has a completely different style url:

  • https://enterprisenow.[company name].com

When I click the "Manage Extension" on the SN Util Google Extension Plugin and scroll to the bottom, there is a section "Automatically allow access on the following sites" which is turned on. There is also a sub-section  with the url's turned on and disabled. In that section there is 1 item "https://*service-now.com/"

How can I make my SN Utils work with this new style of URL?

Ok, ill fix this issue, will let you know when available

Version 8.1.8.4 SN Utils OnPrem is now published and should fix this issue, let me know if its ok after upgrading to this version!

It's now working but only when the page is NOT in Classic mode (popped out). When I try it in Classic mode there is no response like before. I wonder if it has something to do with our instance system properties? It's not a problem for me, since I usually am working in popped-out windows, but just thought I'd let you know it's still buggy.

Is it on Next experience, and do you still see a console error?
