Some users are not able to see catalog items because they dont have itil roles ... we can not directly give the itil roles... can anyone knows which training nee d to complete...

Hi Kalpesh,
If you are using Eureka or earlier, check the roles on each catalog item (or the catalog itself) to ensure the items are available to non-roled users. If you are using Fuji or later, then look in the related list "Available for" to see if there are User Criteria defined and applied that may be affecting it.

Here, I defined a user criteria based on location. You may have one on roles.

Refer "Service Catalog Access Controls" if you are using Eureka or earlier. If not then please refer link "User Criteria" as mentioned by Chuck.
