Sort by (A-Z) option is not working in the portal

Hi,
When I am trying to sort my items by selecting Sort by (A-Z), it is not showing me the result in the correct order.
How can we correct this error?
I have attached the required screenshot for your reference.

I haven't tried this ... but I may be about to, since it's bugging me as well ... but I think changing the "display" column on the KB table from "number" to "short description" should do the trick.
This would also allow you to do imports on things like Connected Content using the name of the KB article as opposed to the number.

I've encounter this issue as well on Topic Content widget, A-Z sorting is not working properly, my solution was making the Catalog Item as first column, and I have find out that there is also a column for Alphabetical Order in an instance with Xanadu version.
