and believe that you would need to engage ServiceNow via an account manager or partner organization to get current requirements and process - Note the kb articles linked in this document are not general access.
Unless there was an extremely critical security requirement that could not be met by SNC hosted solution?
I would not consider self-hosting, as think it would increase overheads and business risk.
