Standard Change templates do not populate change fields

Hello,

We have recently installed the Standard Change Catalog plugin on our instance and we are running in some issues. Whenever we try to create a standard change the fields filled from the template are not populated but if we check the "standard change template version" field, it is correctly populated with the name of the template.

We also did a check if we got everything well installed ( https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/london-it-service-management/page/product/change-management/refer... )  and as far we know everything seems good. Did anyone have encountered the same issue?

Hi,

I believe there are some configurations around this

Restricted Change Request values - Specify the list of fields that end users are not allowed to provide any value for when making a proposal.

Yes, we checked if the fields are in the restricted values but they are not .
