Hi,
I'm trying to create a button within an alert notification that mimics the "Discuss" button on the Interaction page in the CSM workspace. Basically when an alert pops up, and if users click on the action button within the alert, it should open up the sidebar chat modal which allows adding participants to a side bar. Basically mimicking the functionality of the discuss button in my own action button within an alert notification.
Any guidance would be helpful!
