State and Problem State drop-down values in Problem Table Business Rule are wrong.

State and Problem State drop-down values in Problem Table Business Rule "When to Run" filter do not match actual values in the problem.  Values given are "Open, Work in Progress, Closed Complete, Closed Incomplete, and Closed Skipped".  They should be "New, Assess, Root Cause Analysis, Fix in Progress, Resolved, and Closed".

are those custom fields?
is that business rule a custom or OOTB one?

Can you share a screenshot of your Business rule? I'm seeing it correctly on my end. Or am I misunderstanding your issue?
