System address filters and Email Address Filters SMTP

I'm currently using "System Address Filters" and "Email Address Filters" to create a Blacklist (Deny list) for inbound emails.

The problem here is that my instance is configured to receive SMTP as a Email Account type and "System Address Filters" is only working with POP3 and IMAP server.

What do you recommend me to do?

System Address Filters only apply to POP3/IMAP inbound email accounts, not SMTP.

You can try with something with Inbound Email Actions as showcased below:

Now, here email is processed with no further action where you can see below.

However, the catch is type of email will be received only it cannot be set to received-ignored.

Also, if you try to remove table name it will not set the type as received-ignored and in log message it will showcase as "Skipping script 'Inbound Action Name', a suitable GlideRecord not found".

Give a try with above stuff and see if it works for you.

Thank you @Viraj Hudlikar , it's a good option, but i was thinking on apply another option as an alternative to avoid spam emails.

I have implemented Default Email filters in Email filters but i'm still receiving spam, something else that you can recommend me?
