system Adinistrator password reset

Hello!

I have to reset password for system administrator account and I go with instruction :

But whenb try to log I get error massage like password or user id is invalid. do you maybe have solution for this?

should reset browser, remove coockies or something like this?  maybe there is other way to reset password for admin account , this user is a sort of security admin user.

Actually password reset was done by my customer, I saw he create request via HI. I think everything goes well there. I linked thosblink do to explain the way on which password reset was requested. By the way , I did password reset for system administrator directly in the instance, i impersonate this user go to his profile and changed view to default and did set password, and password needs reset flag was set. Problem is when try to login there is error like wrong user name or password. Maybe I should have security admin rights to do this because I don't have do even impersonated user system administrator I don't t have security rights do to properly set password. But if customer requested it via HI ir shoulb be properly set up. Other admin user can login but there is no other user With security rights WHO could check if he can login.
