Hi,
I believe there must be a defined time for which system logs in ServiceNow are retained. We need to explore the option of increasing this default time for retention of system logs in ServiceNow (Tokyo release). I am therefore after the following information:
1. How/where can we look up/find the default value for retention time of system logs in ServiceNow.
2. How can we increase or decrease this retention time of system logs.
3. Is there a way of analysing the impact of changing the retention time on system performance.
