Template Permissions

We have several users designated to create templates on behalf of their respective teams. These users are creating templates and making it so specific teams can see the templates (group option). However, we are seeing that the users in these groups can then turnaround and delete those templates they didn't create. 

The OOB roles for templates are pretty basic. How can we make it so that users can't delete templates they didn't create without making it so they can't delete their own templates?

For this you need to update OOTB delete UI action and add a check creator = Deletion user only then allowed.
