Catalog Builder- Cannot View Questions in Preview and Portal

Hello,
I'm in the process of building my first catalog item for our new SNOW instance. At first I had no issues building the catalog, clicking "Save" and then "Preview" to view what I had built. But now I'm unable to see the questions I have created.
If I go back into my "Maintain Item" section, click on the catalog item and click "Try it" I'm able to see the questions and what I have built but the Portal setting for "Order" is displaying. I have "Request" selected in my catalog builder.
What am I doing wrong or what do I need to look at?

This has also happened to me after about 4 hours of work, please let me know if you found a solution and I will do the same.
