Hi,
Whenever a new integration is setup between Service Now and any other tool like JIRA, similar questions would be asked around which fields to map, direction of data, where it is mastered, access controls etc...
I wonder if anyone has any documentation or templates which can help capture requirements whenever building integrations? Also, any best practices and common problems/mistakes would be useful.
