The magnifying glass does not open the pop up window on the incident form?

Every time the click the magnifying glass on one of the fields the window doesn't pop up.

There is a property with one of the UI policy in the instance. This is causing the issue in not loading the form fully.

Hi Mitch,

Have you checked your browser's popup blocker?

For Google chrome: Settings -> Content settings -> Pop-ups and redirects -> Allow

It was working earlier today and then all of the sudden didn't work. I added the URL to the allow and it still didn't work.

Can you check an another browser and see if that helps.

Clear browser cache as well.

It doesnt work on Edge or with the cache cleared
