Every time the click the magnifying glass on one of the fields the window doesn't pop up.

There is a property with one of the UI policy in the instance. This is causing the issue in not loading the form fully.

looks like the form is not loaded completely. Can you click F12 and see if there are any errors in the browser console.

Yes, I will have to look into it. Seems to only happen on any incident which doesnt have the customer field filled in. So on old incidents with no customer inputed or when creating a new one. Very strange.
