The magnifying glass does not open the pop up window on the incident form?

Every time the click the magnifying glass on one of the fields the window doesn't pop up.

There is a property with one of the UI policy in the instance. This is causing the issue in not loading the form fully.

Yes, it was a UI policy. One of the other developers was working out a domain and in global

It works on problem and change, but not on Incident.
