The magnifying glass does not open the pop up window on the incident form?

Every time the click the magnifying glass on one of the fields the window doesn't pop up.

There is a property with one of the UI policy in the instance. This is causing the issue in not loading the form fully.

That means you don't have any groups specific to incident resulting in no pop up. Check the assignment group condition for incident

Okay I will look around. Seems to only be happening when the customer field isn't filled in. So on old incidents without a customer or anytime I make a new incident the magnifying glass is disabled.
