Thousands of Stale CIs but no Stale CI Remediation Tasks

We are newly trying to set up our CMDB dashboard and remediation rules.  Starting with the Staleness metric for a single class to test, as we know it will need to delete over 400,000 stale CIs.

The job came back with what looks like a list of Stale CIs, but doesn't generate a STAL task

The really weird part is, the Last Evaluated On date is from the previous week

If you want the Stale CI remediation tasks to get created, you need to activate it through the Health Preferences.

Do the following: 

1. Go to Configuration > Health Preferences.
   The CMDB Health Preferences page is displayed.
2. On the right side of the page, click Health Metrics.
   The CMDB Health Metric page is displayed.
3. In the Select Metric list, choose Staleness.
   The options for Staleness appear.
   
4. Click the Create Task control to make it true.
5. Click Save.
