We have a need to track changes to group membership for auditing purposes.
This does not seem to be something out of the box or easy to accomplish. And this seems like a very normal thing to want to capture and be able to track.
How can we do this?

Hey Luiz,
We manage them within ServiceNow so no LDAP overwrites.
Thanks
James

Got it.
Also, make sure your sys_user table is audited as well.
And sorry for asking, but are you updating the group membership from the group itself and not from the audit record, right?
The reason I'm asking that is because of one of the screenshots showing the Save button highlighted.

Yea I'm modifying from the group. And we do have Auditing on the user table. Thanks again for all the engagement and help! We'll see what Hi has to say.

What direction did you get from NOW Support? We're wanting to do the same.

Unfortunately there isn't anything that does this, would need to do something custom. I think I put in a feature request for it. Seems pretty needed for SOX compliance but. Good luck.
