Tracking Yubikeys in the CMDB

Our organization plans to give employees YubiKeys. I have a few questions in terms of tracking them:

 

Would a YubiKey be classified under the Hardware Asset Class?

Would our organization need to create a model category for it?

the link given is NOT about yubikeys,  it is about mobi8le devices.
