I'm sure I am missing something, but I haven't been able to find what I need...
I am working with the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace in the UI Builder, and have added an Alert component to the top of the landing page. What I can't find is a way to show 0, 1, or may alerts based on a dynamic condition, and to permanently remove them once the user clicks "Acknowledge". I am hoping to do something similar to Targeted Communications, where I can create an publish a message to a specified list of recipients. Published, active alerts would trigger an alert row to dynamically be displayed at the top of the homepage (see below). Using the Targeted Communications example, "read more" would take the user to a "Full" view of the message. Clicking "Acknowledge" would mark the message as having been read by the agent and remove it from the page.
The only way I can see to accomplish this now is to manually add the component to the UI Builder, which really doesn't seem to be a workable approach. I can't imagine this is how this is designed to work though, so if someone can point out whatever obvious thing I am missing, I would greatly appreciate it!
