Unable to download MID Server files from my instance.
Getting below error, do anyone know why we are getting this error?
Able to download below Windows (ZIP), but it does not have installer.bat file required for the installation

Hi,
install.bat was removed as you can just edit the config file and run the startup bat file to do the same thing that the installer did (believe it was removed due to a compatibility issue).
Regarding the MSI file not being downloadable
Can you copy the link that's been generated for you and paste it here. You can capture the link using the copy button next to the download button.

Hi Jyotsna,
Failed-Forbidden; It looks like you don't have permission to save .exe or downloaded files on the folder which you're trying to save.
Can you try downloading it in another folder? Maybe you can create a folder on your desktop and download it.
On the other hand, for the ZIP folder. Can you check the folder bin
mid.rome-06-23-2021__patch5-12-15-2021_01-04-2022_2221.windows.x86-64\agent\bin
Hope it helps.
Thanks,
Raj

Hi Raj,
Not sure why we do not have permissions to download the file.
We couldn't find installer.bat file in folder bin as well, there is something InstallMID-NT.bat but it didn't help. It complained that the MID Server was already installed, I then uninstalled it and tried again. This time it installed the MID Server but did not give me a GUI or any option to test the connection.
In the previous MID servers we have installed the 'installer.bat' started up a GUI and had a 'Test Connection' button, but we are not getting that with this version.
Thanks
