Hi,
I upgraded a customer's instance from Tokyo Patch 3b to Tokyo Patch 7 this morning. After the upgrade finished (roughly 5 hours ago), I wanted to check for any skipped records, but the Upgrade Monitor showed "Waiting for summary job to run..." instead of displaying any skipped records:
At that point, it was just 30 minutes after ServiceNow had notified me that the upgrade finished, so I though okay, I"ll do something else while the "summary job", whatever that is, runs.
Now, 4 and a half hours later, I'm still seeing the same "Waiting for summary job to run...". When navigating to Upgrade Center > Upgrade History, I can see the upgrade from Tokyo Patch 3 to Tokyo Patch 7, and I can also see a few skipped records, but they haven't been categorized, and the number of total changes skipped / applied / processed is still empty.
I've seen this behavior when checking the upgrade history immediately after an upgrade, but never 5 hours after.
Has this happened to anyone before, and if so, is there anything I can do besides just waiting?
Thanks in advance,
Max

I am experiencing this issue today as well. Can we upvote this, etc? I'd like to know the answer as well.
