Use Stop processing in Inbound Email Flows Dynamically using scripts

We can use event.state="stop_processing" in scripts of inbound actions to stop execution of any other inbound action on email received. Is it possible to use the same in Inbound Email Flows or any other alternative?

I see. The way I read the answer, you have to add this property to show advanced. When that is added, the flow designer will have the option to add the script/checkbox to stop processing. You won't see anything until the property is added.
That's kind of confusing because it's under the page saying allow multiple triggers even if you may have only one trigger at the moment.
Also this property is from New York on, but I didn't see it in my OOB Rome Instance. Perhaps it needs to be added as well, but set to true.
