user didn't updated the record but in history showing users name

On asset form user haven't made any changes but in history its showing update made by him, how to found the root cause how this fields got updated?

Hello,

I agree with Gary's response. I would check if there were any Flows, Workflows, or Scheduled Jobs running as that User during the time the Asset record was updated.

Hey Luis,

Yeah so you're trying to identify what caused a record to update, when the user themself didn't update the record.

For checking Flows/Workflows/Scheduled Jobs, look for ones that are on the table of the record where the issue is happening. You can either run these as a System User (which would show Updated by = System), or as a specific user which would then show the Updated by as that user.
